￭ 연구 소개 (Research in brief)
뇌자기공명영상을 기반으로 파킨슨병의 병리학적 병소가 되는 흑색질을 시각화하여 파킨슨병의 조기진단을 하고자 연구하고 있다. 이를 통해 파킨슨병 환자에서 뇌자기공명영상의 역할을 확대하고 뇌영상 표지자 발굴을 하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다.
Based on magnetic resonance imaging, I am focusing on the study to visualize the Substantia nigra that is the site of pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease and prepare the basis for early diagnosis of this disease. And the final goal of my research is to expand the role of cerebral MRI image in the diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease by discovering an image marker pathognomonic of this disease.
