(Research in brief)

Insulin resistance is the basic pathogenesis of diabetes and obesity and is also an important treatment target. My Lab conducts  animal and clinical research on pathogenesis of diabetes and obesity related to insulin resistance by various approaches such as molecular biology, genomics and pharmacology. We are doing animal study by using animal disease models for various metabolic diseases and also human study by various approaches such as exercise, energy metabolism, genomics human clamp and big data.
